*The registration fee includes daily continental breakfast (from 30 May) and afternoon coffee break, plus a Monday evening opening reception. Lunch is on our own.

1.      KBS membership. To join the Kettil Bruun Society, please visit http://www.arg.org/kbs/join.html. You may complete the form and make payment in advance, per the instructions contained on the application form, or complete the form and bring it with you to make payment on-site when you check in for the Symposium.

2.      Students. Please bring evidence of student status in the form of a current university identification card or letter from professor or other institutional official.

Sleeping Room Options and Prices (available until 25 April 2005)

The Mission Inn is making available single and double rooms to KBS Symposium participants at a special University of California rate, if reservations and first night deposit received by 25 April 2005. If you wish to share a room, please e-mail Kathie Gorham and indicate your gender and dates of stay. We will make reasonable efforts to pair you with a roommate, advising both parties by e-mail and leaving it to your joint decision about which of you will submit payment for the first nights deposit on or before the 25 April 2005 cut off date. Both roommates should register for the Symposium in the appropriate category. The Mission Inn will establish an account for the balance of your stay, and you will be expected to settle that account prior to departure. The Mission Inn accepts American Express, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA.

 Mission Inn single room @ $95/night plus 11 percent tax = $105.45/night

 Mission Inn double room @ $110/night plus 11 percent tax = $122.10/night

Refunds

You may request a refund of the Symposium registration fee by e-mail to Kathie Gorham no later than Monday, 2 May 2005. A $50 administrative fee will be withheld. After 2 May 2005, refunds are not possible.
