Registration fee includes lunch and 2 coffee breaks per day, conference bag and material, reception party.

Participants are recommended to pay their fees as soon as they register. Please note that the earlybird fee is only valid for participants paying their fee BEFORE 20th March 2018. Participants registering before, but paying after, the earlybird deadline will be automatically charged the difference.

If you are applying for financial support, please register but do not pay the fees until you have received a decision on your application. We will make arrangements for adjusting your fees after the financial support decisions are taken.

* On-site payment can be made at the Registration Desk on the first day of the Symposium (28th May 2018). Cash Payments are accepted in Thai Baht only with on-the-day currency exchange rate, as outlined in the Registration Fee Schedule. Please prepare the exact amount as change may not be available. Participants willing to pay onsite have to notify the organizers in advance per email ( ) and will have to pay the full amount on the first day of the conference at the lasted, before receiving their bag and badge.

** Participants willing to register as a student or early career researcher must:

  • be students studying for their masters or doctoral degree (with no more than 5 years in alcohol research) OR early career scientists whose postgraduate degree was recently awarded (i.e., again with no more than 5 years in alcohol research) OR early career scientists without a postgraduate degree with less than 5 years in alcohol research;
  • send a certificate or letter of endorsement by a relevant authority via email to the Conference Secretariat: Email: when making the registration.
