General information

Your accommodation must be booked separately from your registration. The Lausanne Tourist office will be in charge for hotel reservations.

Hotels selected for the conference can be found on the map and booking can be made by using the accommodation booking link.

The Lausanne Transport Card is given to each visitor by the hotel or guest house on arrival. It is valid for the duration of the reservation, including the arrival and departure days and allows free and unrestricted access to all public transport services in the city (bus, train, metro).

In order to guarantee your room reservation and its confirmation, your credit card details will be given to the hotel but hotel cost will only be charged at check in. Nevertheless, changes or cancellation fees of your reservation after the registration deadline might be charged to your credit card. In case of “no-show” one (1) night will be charged to your credit card.
